Ingredients
1 cup sabudana
2 medium potato boiled
1 finely chopped chilly
½ tsp garam masala
¼ tsp dry mango powder (amchoor)
¼ tsp chilli powder
1 tsp besan
Salt to taste
1 tbsp fresh chopped corinader
oil for deep frying
Preparation of Sabudana Tikki
- Soak the sabudana in water for about 1 - 2 hours.
- Drain off any excess water.
- Mash the boiled potatoes and then mix the sabudana into it.
- Add all other ingredients and mix well.
- Divide the ingredients into equal parts and make round tikki’s.
- Heat a pan and put some oil into it.
- Now fry the tikki’s golden brown from both the sides.
- Serve hot with some chutney.
