Ingredients
1/2 cup chopped cabbage
1 cup chopped french beans
1 cup chopped carrots
2 tsp sweet corn (makai ke dane)
3 tbsp cornflour
2 spring onions
1 tbsp butter
2 cloves of garlic minced
1 green chilli chopped
some ginger chopped
some coriander leaves
salt to taste
pepper powder
chilli sauce
soya sauce
tomato sauce
white vinegar
750 ml water
A pinch of ajinomoto( Chinese salt)
Preparation of Vegetable Sweet Corn Soup
- In a pan melt the butter and add garlic, green chilli and ginger.
- Now add all the other vegetables and corn. Fry it a bit.
- Make a paste of cornflour.
- In another pan warm some water and add the paste of cornflour to it.
- Cook it for about 5 - 6 minutes till the cornflour is cooked well.
- Keep stirring it, so that no lumps are formed.
- Now add the fried vegetable to it.
- Add salt,pepper and a pinch of Chinese salt to it.
- Now add few drops of vinegar and other sauce.
- Let it boil for 2 to 3 minutes
- Garnish it with spring onions and coriander leaves.
