Tips to loose weight

In today's busy life style, its difficult to have a proper diet. Everyone is busy and lacks enough time to cook and have a proper meal. Are you one of those busy people who relay on pizza and burgers for their lunch and dinner? Do you think you want you cut off extra fat of your body and look toned. It is not that tough, the only thing you require is a firm determination.

The true secret to weight loss is this:
Make small changes each and every day and you'll slowly (but surely) lose those extra pounds that you have put on. Follow few simple things.

1. Avoid oily food
2. Go on for lots of salads and green vegetables
3. Eat sprouts they are good to loose weight
4. Eat citrus fruits like orange and grapes, they contain less calories and would help to burn extra fat.
5. Take high Protein foods like fishes, Sardines, Trout, Salmon and Abalone instead of carbohydrate and fatty food.
6. Cook food in olive oil
7. Low fat yogurt or cottage cheese will also help you to loose weight.
8. Lower your calories intake without starving.
9. Eat only thrice breakfast, lunch and dinner. Do not snack when you are bored or feel lonely.
10. You can simply reduce the amount of soda you drink or mayonnaise you put on your sandwiches, or you can substitute healthier choices.
11. Try replacing a heavy breakfast of bacon, eggs  or paratha with yogurt, oatmeal, low-sugar cereals; or fresh fruit and fruit juices.
12. Plan your meal. Planning your meals helps ensure you get a balanced diet and you will not be worried about your next meal. At the same time you will not be tempted for fast food or  a pizza.
13. Eat slowly to avoid overeating.
14. Pick snacks that are low in calories and fat and high in fiber dried apricots, nuts, rice cakes, fruits, baby carrots, cherry tomatoes, and so on. Vegetables are generally very low in calories, very high in fiber, and full of flavor and nutrition.
15. Avoid starchy vegetables like potatoes, and try to eat vegetables plain, without fatty dressings or dips. Fruit also makes a good snack.
16. Eating enough fiber may help you feel slimmer in just a few days.
17. Drink plenty of water.
18. Always eat in small plates, so that when the plate is full you know how much to eat.
19. Eat in dark colored plates, this will help you to eat less.
20. Try to avoid sitting for long hours in front of the TV, this will make you munch.

You can not loose weight without a proper exercise. If you can not manage to go to a proper Gym, try few easy things which you might enjoy. Cycling and swimming are two good ways to exercise and burn fat. You can even plan for yoga, aerobics or some dance classes. This will not only help you to loose weight but time you can be closer to one of the activities you might be longing to enjoy.
Don't expect a miracle. Healthy weight loss can be achieved fairly quickly, but you'll need to be patient. Your goal should be a healthy body, and not the number of pounds you gain or loose as  everyone looks good at a different weight.
