Ingredients for Bread Pakora
2 Bread
1 Cup Gram Flour
¼ tsp Turmeric Powder
¼ tsp Ajwain ( Tymol Seed)
Red Chilly Powder
Salt to Taste
A Pinch of Baking Powder
Water
Oil to Fry
Preparation of Bread Pakora
- In a bowl mix gram flour, salt, chilly, turmeric powder, Ajwain and baking powder.
- Add water and prepare a thick batter.
- Cut the bread in the shape you want.
- Dip it in the batter and fry in hot oil till its golden.
- Serve hot with chutney or sauce.
